Thinking about the new year? Well, we have been working hard on a couple of great things for you. You are the first to find out that we will be holding a health workshop entitled," Alive". Strawberry Webber and I have been meeting for almost a year collecting information and discussing what we could do to give health to the community. So we came up with a plan! With the assistance of Allison Marshal, and Michelle Dunn, we will be presenting a detailed hands on workshop to help you develop a strategy for the new year. Jan 30 mark your calendar!
